RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The return of goods of appropriate or improper quality is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament and the Council Directive 2011/83/ЕU "On Consumer Rights" dated 2011.10.25, amendments to the Council Directive 93/13/EU and to the European Parliament and the Council Directive 1999/44/EU.
THE RETURN OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS
You have the right to cancel your order (unless it wasn’t sent to delivery) or refuse the goods, having carried out their return, within 14 days, having the seller been notified in advance or at the same time as the return of the goods.
THE RETURN OF IMPROPER QUALITY GOODS
In case of goods defect (breakage) detection within 6 (six) months, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund the money, unless proven otherwise.
After 6 (six) months from the date of goods purchase, you have the right to free repair or replacement of goods, a reduction of the price, or a refund, if you prove the problem existed when you received the goods.
TERMS OF RETURN
The Notice of Return should contain the following data:
- To [here the trader’s name, geographical address, fax number (if appropriate), e-mail address should be specified by the buyer];
- Hereby, I/we notify you that I am/we are relinquishing my/our Purchase Contract for the following goods:...;
- Ordered at (prove the link please);
- Consumer’s (Consumers’) name(s);
- Consumer’s address;
- Consumer’s signature (only for hard copies);
The return of proper quality goods is possible if the specified goods were not in use, and have marketable conditions, consumer properties, integrity of the packaging and documents confirming the fact and terms of purchase of the goods are preserved, otherwise its purchase price may be reduced.
If you refuse the goods, we will refund the amount paid for the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Purchase Cancellation Note. In case the goods or evidence of our receipt of the goods were not obtained within the specified period, the period of refund is extended.
The refund amount includes your shipping costs, unless you have chosen a non-standard (express) delivery.
We carry out the reimbursement of the cost of goods using the payment means you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly provided otherwise in your Notice. Anyhow, you don’t bear any fees as a result of such a refund.
You bear the cost of the proper quality goods returning.
